MSDS for CARC Paints

Q. I am looking for any MSDS related CARC paint - in military settings - not water based paint.
We are an industrial hygiene consulting firm in Jacksonville, FL., and are currently providing information for the Blount Island Marine Corp facility.

Hopefully you will be able to assist.

Thank you

A. The most commonly used CARC paints are provided predominantly by Sherwin-Williams, Hentzen and Niles Chemical Coatings. You should have no problem finding their MSDS on their respective web sites. The specifications that you should look for are MIL-C-46168, MIL-C-53039, and MIL-DTL-64159. The last specification is only now being introduced into the military community and you may wish to keep a copy on file for future reference.

Best wishes,

Ron Joseph
