Steel Tank

Q. Can a Steel tank be used for storage of Hydrocarbons in a mixture containing, Xylene, Benzenes, dichlorobenzene, naphthalenes, methyl phenol, gasoline organics??

A. I'm not sure if any of the solvents, such as dichlorobenzene break down to form hydrochloric acid. If so, you would need to line the tank. You best bet is to contact the solvent suppliers and ask them.
