Arsenic in Paint

Q. Is it possible to have paint tested for arsenic content? Are there any labs in southern California, for example, that might do this?

A.Wow! Why would anybody use arsenic in paint? I'm sure you can have the paint tested, but why do you suspect arsenic?

In any case, there are many analytical chemical labs that have the capability of analyzing for arsenic. My company also has that capability. I suggest you go to Google and search for chemical or chemistry analytical labs in California.

Please let me know if you want to pursue it.

Ron Joseph
