Conversion of Pantone 0014 to a RAL code

Q. Could you please tell me what the RAL number is, for Pantone 0014? I need to re-spray a vehicle for a customer who can only give me the pantone number.

I cannot find any reference to 0014 in the Pantone info I have. It may be an old number (which have three digits, i.e.: 014), likely a bright yellow. Is it matte or coated? Without an actual physical sample of "Pantone 0014", I cannot determine its RAL equivalent.
